The Association

The Association of Independent States

Formed in response to the Pacific Ocean Treaty Alliance (POTA), the AIS is a supranational superpower largely located in the North Atlantic. It is an unofficial successor to NATO and the Commonwealth of Nations, however it is very much reduced, and exists primarily to promote economic protectionism, national social-democracy, and mutual defense within its member states.

This is all part of my Stone Leviathan epilogue maps, and no offense is directed to citizens of these countries, it is purely fictitious and speculative.
