That doesn't explain why they would simply change their flags of over a century for something far less attractive. And sorry for not seeing your timeline before, when I originally put up the tab it showed the profile page before the map.

Interesting idea with Denmark and Sweden. Bohemia flag seems a bit strange, is that connected to Polish-Czech marriage once in history?

No, that's just what the Bohemian flag is like.

Poland used the flag in WW1 so the Czechs added a blue triangle to make themselves distinct.
