Stellar Europe

The European Federal Union, was the second civilization to adopt the Four Tier Republic for administering their vast Space Colonies. Like the United States, many of Europe's space colonies were founded by minority groups. Unlike America, however, Europe's colonies were not founded by ideological minorities, but rather cultural minorities throughout Europe's incredibly diverse provinces.
