I was a near 4.0 student in high school.
By age 17 had already served my country as a civil servant twice as a Congressional and State Senate Page.
Since as long as I can remember I've wanted to be an Astronaut.
So I worked hard and with the support of my family and a letter from my Congressman, got accepted into a good college to study Aerospace Engineering.
I've studied hard, and thanks to the government's FAFSA loan program and a some help from my family have been able to go to school for four years without a private loan.
My grades aren't great, but I love what I wanna do too much to give up when things get tough.
I've never expected help from anybody, and have always been willing to make it on my own steam if I have to, but I appreciate all the help I can get, and will take any advantage I find.
My parents worked hard their entire lives and have always lived within their means.
When the company my dad had worked for folded, he started his own business at 55 and thanks to years of good customer relations has so far been successful.
My mom never took more time off work than she needed, even to raise me and my sister, and has always been a source of inspiration for me.
My family has never felt entitled to anything beyond the chance to pursue what make us happy on our own steam, and I intend to live my life by the same code.
Today we have a serious crisis of entitlement, and it is rampant, but no where is it more apparent than in the culture of entitlement by our most wealthy citizens.
These people have highjacked our Democratic institutions and refuse to pay their fair share.
I don't want a welfare state, I want my country back.
We live in a time where everything that made us great is crumbling.
Our education system, our transportation and infrastructure networks, our healthcare system, are all in danger of becoming not the hallmarks of the greatest nation on Earth; but a constant reminder of our failure to maintain our Republic.
If we want to save our country from decay, we must destroy this culture of entitlement among those who have already taken so much from this country, and ask them to pay their fair share.
Not to create a broader system of entitlements or to expand the role of government in our lives, but simply to pay the operational costs of running a country, and to end the corruption of money in our politics.

I have read a lot of very positive "I Am the 99%" testimonials, and a lot of "my life is so hard because I can't afford cable," BS, and my least favorite, "life worked out fine for me, so you all must be a bunch of whiners, " which also sounds like, "I am an inconsiderate asshole and don't want to ask my corporate masters to pay their dues like everyone else."
I love my country, and I support a Universal healthcare program and public education because I while I don't feel entitled to help from the government, I think that if we can afford it this country should invest in its future, and make people as economically free as possible along with being as politically and socially free as possible.

Tax the rich more? They already pay the majority of income taxes, though I guess if most liberals want to ignore facts like these
My advise to the government? Don't interfere with the economy unless needed and a company going bankrupt is not an excuse to do so as many corporations went bankrupt in the past but were able to recover but that's just my 2 cents which can't do shit for me now since pennies are worthless
